The Company:

We are Stiletto Piercing – the innovative company providing products for professionals in the piercing industry!
SPS Sweden AB, operating through Stilettopiercing.se, is a leading company that has taken the market by storm. Our concept is that anyone should be able to run a fully functioning salon or piercing studio, even without in-house sterilization capabilities. Our products come pre-sterilized in eco-friendly packaging and are developed by piercers – for piercers!
Our ambition is to provide high-level service and deliver top-quality products, developed and tested by professionals – for professionals!

Products

Our products are intended for professional use and are targeted at businesses in the industry, mainly within Sweden and the Nordic region.

All items are sold B2B, and all prices are listed excluding VAT. Sales are made only to registered companies, and we reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot verify company details.

Payment Methods

We use Klarna as our external payment partner for secure transactions. Through Klarna, you can pay by card, bank transfer, installment, or invoice with 30-day terms.
Note: If the invoice is issued by Klarna, payment must be made directly to Klarna.

SPS Sweden AB’s Bankgiro is 743-3618. Payment to our Bankgiro is only possible by prior agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

Normal delivery times are 2–5 business days. We primarily use PostNord and DHL as shipping providers.
We reserve the right for temporary disruptions, sold-out products, or delays caused by the selected courier.

Some products may be special orders or require customer-specific customization, which may affect delivery time.
However, we strive to prioritize all orders and will contact you in case of any changes in availability or delivery times.

Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Claims

Normally not applicable for business customers.
Any returns due to a canceled purchase must be received by stilettopiercing.se within 30 days after receiving the order.

For invoice purchases, a 14-day return policy applies according to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act; otherwise, a 30-day open purchase policy applies.
The product must be returned unused and in its sealed original packaging. If returned in an opened package – even if unused – the return will not be accepted, and a handling and return shipping fee will be charged if the item is to be sent back to the sender.

For businesses, the following return policy applies:

Only returns caused by a seller’s error will be accepted at no cost to the buyer.

Other seller-approved returns will be credited to the buyer with a deduction. For stock items, the standard deduction is 20%.

Returns must include the order or invoice number and date from the seller’s invoice or packing slip.

We will provide a return label for the received or collected item, and the actual cost of the return label will be deducted from the credit amount.
